TACEEDO 80MG

Dosage

Premedication regimen: Dexamethasone 16 mg/day for 5 days starting 1 day prior to docetaxel administration. Breast cancer 60-100 mg/m2 IV over 1 hr every 3 wk or as prescribed by a physician

Indication

Locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer & non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after failure of prior chemotherapy & adjuvant treatment of patients w/ operable node +ve breast cancer in combination w/ doxorubicin & cyclophosphamide. Single agent for the treatment of patients w/ locally advanced metastatic NSCLC after failure of prior platinum-based chemotherapy; unresectable, locally advanced metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who have not previously received chemotherapy. Androgen independent (hormone refractory) metastatic prostate cancer in combination w/ prednisone. In combination w/ cisplatin & fluorouracil: Gastric adenocarcinoma including adenocarcinoma of the gastroesophageal junction who have not received prior chemotherapy for advanced disease; induction treatment of patients w/ locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head & neck (SCCHN).
