Supporting Pediatric Cancer Patients at Bahay Aruga.
August 20, 2025, Multicare’s office-based team visited Bahay Aruga, a complimentary halfway house in Ermita, Manila, that provides shelter for pediatric cancer patients undergoing outpatient treatment at PGH and nearby hospitals.
Now in its fourth year of outreach, the team delivered Meds and Basic Needs Packs to 33 patients and their guardians, as well as to 10 staff members. This initiative embodies Multicare’s commitment to going Beyond Medicine—offering not only assistance but also empathy and encouragement.
Tree Planting at La Mesa Nature Reserve.
August 22, 2025 Led by President & CEO Gabriel Georgy, the Multicare team engaged in a tree planting activity at La Mesa Nature Reserve in Quezon City. This critical watershed serves over 12 million residents of Metro Manila.
In partnership with local stakeholders, Multicare also distributed medicine vouchers to guides and food packs to forest rangers. The event highlighted the
company’s ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship. Multicare Pharma continues to champion initiatives that uplift communities and protect the planet.
Multicare Pharma Strengthens Community Ties Nationwide.
Multicare Pharma has extended its CSR efforts across the Philippines, supporting communities with practical aid and heartfelt care. In Manila, the company provided essentials to elders and children in care homes, while in South Luzon, it partnered with the Cancer Warrior Foundation to help young patients in several provinces.
Further outreach included hygiene kits and school supplies for children in Iloilo, support for elderly residents in Cebu, and Braille materials for visually impaired students in Davao. In Misamis Oriental, youth were engaged in rebuilding efforts through BHOLI (Bridging Hopes & Opportunity Linkages Initiative).
