Remdesivir INN 100mg

Dosage

Adult & adolescent ≥12 yr, at least 40 kg Single loading dose of 200 mg on day 1 via IV infusion over 30-120 min on day 1 followed by once daily maintenance doses of 100 mg on day 2.

Indication

Treatment for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) requiring hospitalization in adults & pediatric patients ≥12 yr & at least 40 kg.
